I have pain in my shoulder from last 6 months for which I am very furious as it hampers me for daily routine work and it is more painful in this winter season. Earlier I also tried various masseur for this but of no use then my friend suggest me to visit to Doctor Lalit Modi as he is very famous doctor in our region for joints. I visit him. I like to visit gym regularly as I am fitness freaky. But from a longtime I am feeling pain in my shoulder as a result my lifting weight goes down and down and intensity of pain starting increasing. When it become unbearable I visit Dr. Modi with my friend reference and he treated my very gently and prescribed some medicines and physical exercise and suggest me to avoid my regular gym exercise for some time and in the time span of 10 days my pain become lost and now as per recommendation of doctor I can start my gym again.
