Regardless of how skilled a doctor may be, respecting a patient’s time is essential. My appointment was not properly confirmed, even though the doctor had to drive. If there was an emergency or delay, I should have been informed and asked to reschedule or speak after an hour, instead of being kept waiting for nearly two hours.

The call repeatedly disconnected due to **** network issues, which is expected when someone is driving and talking at the same time. We went to his clinic regarding management of hydrocele. He examined the situation and advised for surgery. We agreed and underwent operation. He performed operation in २० mins at day care basis and discharged after surgery without any pain or complication. Now everything ok. Thanks sir
