Over the years, I have tried counselling with a few psychotherapists. But with Saher, I finally found the one.

I started counselling with Saher during a very stressful time both professionally and personally. She is not in a rush to give you a solution until we get down to the problem. And that problem might not be what you think is the problem. So don't go in expecting a magic potion in a session or two.

But once we did get down to the problem, she helped me find solutions that worked for me. She really patiently dealt with all my quirks and helped me work through each of my issues and will continue to do so. And if you want to geek out on the science behind the process, she will cover you there as well.

She made me comfortable enough to not feel guilty about going back to her after multiple bouts of vanishing acts and missed appointments (This is not an encouragement for you to do it).

I highly recommend Saher, in fact, I have already recommended her to people in my circle who work with her and are happy.

I had started off as a clueless person submerged in her thoughts of misery and thankfully found and continued with this amazing lady that I came across, Ms.Saher Ali. She has always been there whenever I've needed her and still trying to guide me onto the right path. I'm sure together we'll be able to overcome any issue. Grateful and thankful for such people we have left in this world.

I went to her in 2018 when I was battling depression and Panic attacks. She helped me heal. I continued to see her till 2021. She had been my biggest support. She held space for my vulnerabilities and challenged me when needed. Saher is the best that's there in Hyderabad. Her Art Therapy exercises gave me language to express myself. I highly recommend her.

I will start off by saying, you wouldn't appreciate therapy if your therapist doesn't do just that. Saher has made me feel safe and secure during every single session. She isn't judgemental. She communicates super efficiently and empathizes deeply, both of which are extremely important to me. She had also challenged me when required in the most polite way. She creates a space of confidence and confidentiality all at once and unlike most other counselors, she never prioritizes anything else, over the patient's convenience. Always punctual and true to her word. All in all she's extremely warm and a wonderful counselor. Lucky to have found her when I needed help the most!
