I have been trying to schedule an appointment with the psychiatrist for the past three days, but faced difficulty in getting one. The person handling appointment calls was quite rude and uncooperative. I was told to call on Saturday morning to confirm the slot, but when I called, I was informed that the appointments were already full. The way the conversation was handled was very disappointing. I request the clinic to kindly look into this and ensure better communication and courtesy while dealing with patients.
