Dear Doctor,
I appreciate the care and support you provide to your patients. However, I would like to share some concerns about my recent video consultation.
The consultation was very brief, and there was considerable background noise from your surroundings, which made it difficult for me to hear and communicate properly. I had several health concerns that I wanted to explain, but I felt I was unable to discuss them adequately.
I was prescribed medication for chickenpox, but my other concerns were not fully addressed. I would appreciate a more thorough consultation in a quiet environment, allowing sufficient time to discuss my symptoms and treatment options.

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, and due to staff errors, I received wrong reports which delayed my lung diagnosis by 4 extra days. *** ***** ****** ******** ** ******** ******* *** ************* ******** the experience was disappointing.
