I had visited Doctor Rao to take Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT) for managing certain psychological problems including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD) for which I have been suffering for the last few years.The therapy worked well for me and I started benefitting from the first session itself.The inputs given by Dr Rao helped me a lot to develop the much needed confidence and to over come the problems.I am feeling very confident and much better after attending Dr Rao's sessions.

I have come in contact with Dr. DV Rao 2 years before during one of his knowledge sharing sessions to rightful parenting. It was an amazing session with lot of practical techniques about handling the teens. He has elaborated about issues like, gadgets addiction, reckless behavior of teens etc.
Followed by this, I sought his advise about negligence of studies by my teenage son. He has shared very valuable insights and which we have implemented. Now I could see a lot of improvement in my son and he is aligned to his goals.
