Not sure what happened, but I had to follow-up many times for online consultation. Almost 1 hour delay. No support from customer care aswell

I strongly recommend this doctor for any sort concerns relating to kids. I have been consulting dr Usha Rani for my daughter since past 3 years and she is very friendly and approachable and listens and answers to all the parents doubts and prescribes medicines with minimal cost.

My 6 weeks old son was wrongly vaccinated with Hep-A1 which was supposed to be given at 1 year at a big hospital. Was very worried and consulted Usha madam. She was very patient and helped resolve all the concerns. Highly recommend her for your kids. Thanks doctor.

She is a wonderful doctor. My son is a Premie and am constantly on my toes worrying about him. She makes all the issues look like a simple thing and helps us ease down to it in peace.

Very friendly yet professional. Doesn’t ever recommend extra medicines. Easy to communicate problem with and doctor replies back to the point.
