In short, if you need value for your money, quality service and polite staff and lots of CARE then DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC. The whole episode, if you have time

I had approached Dr. Bandam Shireesha and after initial analysis suggested female tubal ligation or occlusion which I miss understood as Copper T as that's was the only one I knew about. Hardly any questions other than how many children I have, recent operations and any know issues, medication etc. She asked me to get me some tests which costs around 3-4K as per the hospital staff and I didn't even seen these reports or neither discussed about.

The cost was discussed and I was hurried to pay everything in advance almost 6 hours before operation which I didn't like, they didn't have time to discuss what procedure to be done ******* *** **** ******* ** ************ *** *** ***** *** **********

I was asked to be all ready by 5 PM and I did but doctor didn't turn up until 6:30PM+

Midwife (dont know name, *** *** ** ** ******* she changed the drip bottle by pressing on the needle so hard that my wrist is still hurting/swollen after 4 days while I writing this review. Such a rude midwife. They wouldn't answer what I am waiting for and I was just left in that room from 3:30 PM.

The cleaner lady kept on bickering about staff incompetence etc. and whole lot of complaining between the staff.

No apology for the delay.

Just I was taken into operation room, the guy who gives anesthesia asked me about medication for thyroid  which I answered as herbal source, that's it. No more questions.

Dr. Shireesha started the procedure straight away, no more explanation of what was being done or any other medical history.

I was woken up by slaps on my face questioning, "Why didn't you disclose about your previous cosmetic surgery?" Instead of asking, "Wake up, the operation is done, its all good?" etc, He rudely started to interrogate about my previous surgeries just after the operation when I am in soo much pain while he had so much of time before the operation, he didnt bother.

I felt pins on by belly and lower abdomen and was completely scared and worried of what they have done and also post operation it was overwhelming. The rude midwife/cleaner started rude behavior with me. I yelled at them saying, if they dont know how to behave they have to stay away from me and not touch me. That made both Dr. Shireesha and anesthetist more angry.

Dr. Shireesha started to shout at me, you asked for occlusion and you signed for it. I did remember signing forms but I was NOT explained about it at all. The more I questioned the louder her voice turned and at last informed that she will ask Dr. Suma Prasad to discuss further and left. * **** **** * *** **** * *** ****** **** * *******

These midwife and the cleaner where laughing at my dress saying look how big it is etc., I felt very bad, I am naturally a tall person doesn't mean I should get that kind of people who are making fun of me or my dress post a surgery or anytime for that matter.

Dr. Suma Prasad politely told me that unfortunately knowingly or unknowingly you signed the forms and gave us permission to conduct this surgery, hence we have done as per your authorization. I disagree as I should be told what was the operation about, They should have been more mindful in explaining what the surgery is about, how it is conducted, what are the complications, why this procedure is better than the other and why it is suitable for me etc. *** *** **** *** ****** **** * ****** who is responsible to explain and detail me about the operation. Rather than getting money or signing form.

My friend family waited for almost 2 hours but again no apology.

I went back after couple of days to get the pins removed from my belly, while removing Dr. Suma Prasad made small cut, I am angry about it.

As told earlier, you will pay high for low quality service is my conclusion.

***Worst experience***. It took us 2 months to recover from the incident we had in this hospital.

We have visited prasad infertility hospital for pregnancy test. We had followed all the doctor instructions and visited regularly for check up. Used all medicines and injections. Later after 45 days we found blood spots which is common during pregnancy. When we visited hospital for the regular health check up we informed the same to doctor. Then doctor advised on prescription for one progesterone but nurse have given 2 progesterone. Then suddenly my wife started bleeding like anything and she was about to fall on the floor then they asked us to go for second opinion. My wife was continuously bleeding but still we have went for second opinion and their they given report as partial abortion.

1) when the doctor has written 1 injection why nurse has given two injections? Still my wife feeling that injection pain and she gained weight of 10 kgs and become more weak. In the span of 45 days they injected 4 progesterone. ***** * **** *** **** *** ***** ** *** ****** **** ** **** *****

2) For the second opinion they asked us to visit a nearest lab. When we told that can this be done tomorrow ! then they said my wife will be going to bleed over the night and she may die. How come these people know that my wife going to bleed more? When we visit to report the spot bleeding? ***** **** **** ************* ***** *** ********** *** *** ********* **** **** **** ** *** ******** *** ***** * **** **** * ******* ******** ***** **** ******* ***** * ***** ********* ** **** **** ****** * And it costed us for the abortion 35000.

Everytime me and my wife only visited and we blindly believed doctors and nurses. This teach us good lesson in the life, which we never forget.

Want to share the incident because my baby never going to come back again. But trying to share this so that no others can face.

Based on Practo ratings I decided to meet Dr. Suma. On my visit Dr. Suma was extremely loving, did a full scan to understand the reason for me not being able to concieve, as I was trying to concieve for four years. After check up, she explained the course of treatment and what should I look forward to.The best part was Ma'am was always patient in explaining the treatment and cleared my doubts always.She also has an excellent support staff and they too are very cooperative and supportive.My experience with Dr. Suma has been the best and I highly recommend her.

The first impression is the best and last for which quotes me ...yes it was my first day to this hospital ..gesture of staffs who all are working there are very friendly and treat the patients with humble nature. ...whatever queries if we have they wer ready to answer with no attitude.. When staffs only being so humble then just think about the doctors who are serving there ...they are so down to earth.. I highly recommend this hospital for best treatment and guidance they support us which is worthy...thanku u to all team...
