Dr. Srushnath is someone who actually listens and explains the root cause instead of directly suggesting treatments. I was taking pigmentation treatment earlier in another reputed clinic and had seen some improvement, but after I stopped using sunscreen for almost 9 months and had regular sun exposure, the pigmentation slowly came back again.
Recently, I took the Cosmelan peel treatment from Dr. Srushnath and the experience honestly felt much better compared to my previous one. The way they approached the treatment, the care during sessions, and how the staff handled everything felt more organised and comfortable throughout the process.
