Dr. Shiny saved my dying tooth from cystic growth and lesions. I was told there were thin chances that my tooth can be saved as there was a severe infection underneath from a previously failed/improper root canal. The structural integrity of the tooth was very weak for a re-root canal or a crown and was beyond saving. Dr. Shiny gave me hope of saving my tooth with re-root canal. I underwent a 2-3 week procedure of meticulously cleaning, draining the severe infection that caused unbearably pulsating pain and sleepless nights. dr shiny mounica is perfectionist in doing root canal treatments, complicated fillings , tooth build up , implants , crowns . she is multi talented *** *** *** ***** ********** in dental field. She is very friendly with patients and does diagnosis very well. she explains each and every aspect of treatment such that we all can understand it with ease . once treatment is done , next day she calls us back and does follow up. She really cares for a patients a lot . she takes extra care.

So I really appreciated the fact that they explained everything to me in a very detailed and simple manner plus at the same time answering all of questions pateintly. Bcoz of my not so grt previous experiences @ some other dentists.. I wanted to be sure this time and checked out few other places before finally getting my treatment here. Dr shiny explained the details of the procedure .and made sure to check on me after every sitting through call and provided guidelines as per my feedback.Once she was late to the appointment due to heavy rains ,but she has called me upfront and asked me to come late for the appointment to avoid the wait time ..she values time and make sure her patients are comfortable.
