It was first every counseling session. And I'm glad I've chosen Ritika. She was very patient while listening to me. When I went to her I didn't even know the problems I was facing. She explained to me in technical terms as to what I was facing. She gave me tricks to cope with what I was facing. Guess what? Those really really work.

I was the person who was always stressed and worried at work, now people as me what is reason behind my wide smile :) That speaks a lot about my session with her. I highly recommend visiting her if you are looking for a counselling :))

I am grateful for my therapy experience with Dr. Ritika. Her approach involves asking leading questions that have been instrumental in bringing clarity to my thoughts and emotions. This has helped me to work on my concerns effectively. Her exceptional empathy stands out, as she genuinely understands the problems. what sets her apart is the understanding she demonstrates regarding the limits of my situation, while simultaneously encouraging and motivating me to undertake activities that contribute to my well-being.

I was depressed for a long time and I knew I needed therapy but I didn’t have the courage to attend one. It takes lots of courage to attend the first session and talk to someone about the things which are hurting us. I took that step as the last hope and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. I'm an introvert and a very shy person, and Rithika was very friendly and calm, she made sure am comfortable and let me vent out all the things which were hurting me. I was self-blaming, sad, and hope less, and she helped me in getting out of it.

The conversions are very casual and she understands and listens, rather than concluding very soon. Her way of handling my meltdowns and making me understand the root causes without undermining me is something that helped a lot. I feel very safe and comfortable when I talk to her. The difference I see in myself before and after starting the therapy is unimaginable, I know am not depressed and hope less anymore. Bit of a long story! Last year, due to different reasons, we lost two of our close relatives, which gave me a shock, and I couldn't come out of it. On top of that, there were many layoffs in my company during January this year. On the day when my manager was telling us about the job security and future of the team, my body started shivering, and I felt someone was stopping my breathing. I sensed a kind of panic attack, and I was not able to tell my family what was going on with me. Due to closed-person loss, there were weird dreams at night that I was losing everyone around me. I felt no one around me and thought to visit a professional. I was going through a list of professionals in Hyderabad, and I found Bridging mind gaps . I have a habit of pre-researching things. While doing that, I got their Instagram page, and there were many tips and videos on physiological well-being. I tried to contact Ritika, and she accepted the appointment. That was the best decision I made. She is young, knowledgeable, and the best listener. She heard me and identified what's bothering me more. She gave some tips to overcome those.
