Dr. Handa ENT & Allergy Clinic, DLF Phase IV

Almost nil waiting time and exactly on schedule. Dr Sachin Handa was very warm and forthcoming in understanding my issue. He gave good time inspecting my ear and also provided and explained using live feed the issue in my ear, probable causes and the solution or way ahead for the same. He prescribed medicines and within 6 hours my pain has almost gone and things look very good. Will continue to complete the medicine cycle and meet him for review. Overall, a very good experience, cordial staff, hygiene practice and positive attitude.

Had taken an appmt for 5 pm through the practo app. On reaching at 5 pm I walked into the clinic and it was completely empty. No assistant or doctor or patients in sight. After a few mins, an assistant walked in and said the doc hasn't come in yet. Said let me call him and check, went outside and came in saying his phone isint reachable! I asked him to suggest what I should do - he said he managed to get through his home landline and will take 10 mins more. By then it was 5 15 so I decided to wait 10 mins, again checked at 5 25, was told 20 mins more! pathetic way of handling appmts. not going back!

Doctor made me wait 2 hours and didn’t even show up . Very rude reception person who kept on delaying while i was there for an emergency. *************** Please choose someone else . Very bad experience. Reception person kelt on calling and asking for more time sating that the doctor will be there in 15 mins and made me wait for 2 hours . By the time the doctor showed up i had already visited a doctor and taken consultation and was home . That’s when receptionist calls and says that the doctor is there . ************ ******************

It has been a pleasure knowing Dr Handa, hats off to his professionalism. I was suffering with a very bad ear blockage, and on a Sunday, when he had already left his clinic, he chose to turn back and help me out. Mind you, I had been to Medanta before this, where I didn’t get the right diagnosis or help, but Dr Handa here in 2 mins diagnosed and fixed my problem.

Cannot help but notice some people dropping some negative reviews here, out of curiosity I discussed them with Dr Handa only to realise that some patients don’t understand that even doctors can have good n bad days, challenges they may be dealing with, through which they still try to come through and provide treatment. We need to take a breath and be kind before just typing away a review thats downright questioning someone’s practice.

I hold a lot of respect for Dr Handa for the way he came through for me, highly recommend him.
