I had been visiting her for almost 2 yrs for my skin problem since 2020 may.. she assured me very confidently from day 1 till my last visit to her clinic that I need not worry and my condition is treatable and will get cured soon...I blindly followed all her instructions and advise regarding biopsy ,medications, chemical peelings, precautions everything without seeing any improvement because I believed in her words , she made me believe that it will improve with time ...but when my condition started worseningin 2022 Feb she rudely cancelled my appointment by calling Me on phn saying that its 'not her cup of tea' anymore and so i must not visit her ...I kept consulting her for 2 yrs and I blindly wasted ***** ** ***** *** precious time her expensive medicines ,high fees , chemical procedures **** ****** ****** ** **** ******* *** **** ******** *** **** * ****** ** ******* * **** ***** ******** ** ****** ***** **** ** ******** ** **** ** ***** ******* *** ** **** **** *** ********* *********** ** ***** ******* ******* ** ** ****** * *******

I started visiting Dr Atula 6-7 yrs back for tag removal . No complains . It was a neat and clean process.

Fast forward to two months back I wanted to see her for face skin related issues and out of curiosity I browsed through the Practo site for reviews . It had been many yrs since my last visit. There were a few nays that resulted in pushing back the appointment . I mulled over it for a month or so before I went to see her.

She did a treatment which was partially successful due to my skin conditions . And this is when she came through for me . Plan B let’s try some ointments and then we will review . We didn't achieve the results as expected and without hesitation she offered a treatment without any charge . She is/ was committed to find a resolve . Next review is in 2 weeks and hopefully with more wonderful reviews.

I recommend her . Patience is a virtue :)

It is never a good sign when a doctor prefers an expensive / over-priced test to the simplest, most obvious diagnosis.

I had visited Dr. Gupta to show my toe-nail. It was just blue and ugly. Had been for years. And so I knew it was nothing serious and that the condition had a simple explanation.

Which is why I felt something was amiss when she recommended a Rs. 4000 nail biopsy procedure to confirm whether or not it was a fungal infection. My instincts told me that the smarter course of action would be to take medication for 2-3 weeks, monitor the progress and then decide whether further tests were needed. I have an ongoing challenge with ingrown hair and bumps. I attribute it largely to my shaving technique, add it to the fact that I am diabetic. Makes me more prone to infections and all.

Dr. Atula was very patient in listening to my condition and gave me a few tips and tricks to prevent the situation from recurring.

I particularly appreciate the way she patiently listened to my entire situation in detail and was very thoughtful in recommending the right line of treatment.

At the end of consultation, I came out as a more informed patient.
