I had very high sugar as a result of steroids during COVID. With a family history of diabetes, it was very essential that I brought it under control and kept it that way. Ms. Preeti came to my rescue at the hour of need. I also have an auto immune disorder, hence my requirements are also very specific. Ms. Preeti gave me a very patient hearing and understood my requirements completely. She created a diet plan keeping in mind my medical and dietary restrictions. I followed her diet plan for 3 months and within that period, she helped me not just bring my sugar in control, but also helped me reduce 8 kgs. She also made me aware of the alternate food items. What I really liked about her and the treatment was that she didn't ask me to change my diet completely, but just altered it a little. She guided me on adding healthier and sustainable food options. This made it very convenient for me to continue to follow the diet regime. Even after the consultation was over, she continued to call and check on me. When I met Dr Preeti, i was a typical millennial in late 30s.. no regards to healthy food, V high Cholesterol and sugar and weight on the higher side of 90. As usual my treatment doctor told me i have to be on Cholesterol and sugar medicine for life time as these are life style diseases.
