Sunaina's Diet Clinic, Gurgaon Sector 4

I was looking to lose weight and manage some issues of high cholesterol etc. back in June 2025 and that is when I stumbled upon Sunaina’s profile. Sunaina is one of those dieticians who doesn’t only focus on client weight loss but encourages you to ‘fix’ your body holistically. She’s a very patient listener who listens to your entire medical history calmly especially during the first few consultations. She asks about your goals, which we generally have in terms of a number on the weighing scale, but she ensures that she addresses your other concerns as well while recommending diets.

So when I went to see her I had very high cholesterol, few issues related to periods, low hb/iron etc. along with of course being overweight. With her diet, iron supplements and some medicines(prescribed by doctors as I have a genetic condition for high cholesterol), I managed to lose 10 kgs in almost 10 weeks along with my other biological markers now in much better state.

And the diets she gives are very easy to follow and maintain. I would surely recommend you visit Sunaina if you want to look and feel better.
