I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Pooja Mittal for the wonderful care and treatment she provided to my mother.

My mother was suffering from fibroids in her uterus and gallbladder stones, and we travelled almost 6 hours from Punjab specifically to get her treatment from Dr. Pooja Mittal. I can confidently say that every kilometre of that journey was worth it.

From our very first consultation, Dr. Pooja was extremely friendly, patient, caring, and professional. She even did the initial consultation with us through a video call and carefully understood my mother’s condition before recommending surgery. Since we were travelling from far away, we explained our situation to her, and she very kindly gave us an estimated idea of the treatment cost and guidance on what we should bring with us. This made our entire journey and planning much easier and stress-free.

When we arrived, everything was very well organized. We had booked a room for two people, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were provided with a VIP single-patient room. The hospital environment was very clean, hygienic, and well maintained, which gave us a lot of comfort and confidence. We also felt that the hospital had good security and proper arrangements for patients and their families, so we always felt safe during our stay.

I would also like to especially appreciate all the nurses and hospital staff who took care of my mother. The pre-operative and post-operative care was excellent. The nurses were very attentive, kind, and always available whenever my mother needed anything. They regularly checked on her, made sure she was comfortable, helped us understand the medications and instructions, and supported us throughout her recovery. Their care made us feel safe and looked after.

My mother was extremely scared and nervous about the operation. Dr. Pooja was very understanding of her fears and made sure she met the anaesthesiologist beforehand so that she could understand the process and feel more comfortable. This helped reduce her anxiety tremendously. The surgery itself went very smoothly, and the care she received afterwards was also excellent.

Dr. Pooja personally came to check on my mother every day after the surgery, which meant a lot to our family. She did not just perform the surgery and leave; she continued to personally monitor my mother's recovery. Her dedication, experience, kindness, and the way she personally cared for her patient really stood out to us.

The entire experience, from the initial video consultation, travel arrangements, admission, cleanliness and security, pre-operative preparation, surgery, nursing care, and post-operative recovery, was much smoother than we expected.

I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Pooja Mittal to anyone looking for a skilled, experienced, and compassionate doctor. We travelled 7 hours for her treatment, and honestly, it was completely worth the time, effort, and money.

If you are considering where to get treatment, I would personally say that it is better to spend a little extra and receive the right care from an experienced doctor like her rather than compromise on treatment just to save some money.

The doctor "Rumika Yadav"is arrogant.we visited on 9th and 19th to this doctor.She prescribed some tests after our second paid visit.We paid for good amount of money for tests ,inclinic medicine (strange) and consultation.We visited doctor to discuss the results of reports in person.Doctor asked for follow up charges.When we questioned about paying this forced charges ***** ******* ****** ****** ******** *** ******* ************she panicked and started questioning back to us.She herself told us "I am a bad doctor,I dont want to see you"I know how to fight my rights.I asked to refund my money.After some time she called us back and discuss the reports.Bad experience.Bad Admin.

I have visited first time for 6months old baby. I haven't found this type of goodness doctor at all. She has been extremely patient with our questions and has always been able to address our concerns and doubts.

A lots of questions she asked from herself which are really good for my kid and i was not aware of those too.

She recommends **** medicine too and relies on homemade remedies.

She doesn't worry about how much time she is spending for the patient. This is her best quality.

I recommended her a lot.

My baby aged 19 months was suffering from fever and was not going away even after giving PCM regularly in 3 days. Consulted Dr Shipra mam regarding this and we were very satisfied with her advise. She listen the patient queries very calmly, gives the answer of each question you ask, was never in hurry.

In fact, we were worried and loosing patience when my baby temperature crossed 104 F few times but it was the Mam who advised the right suggestions and medications. Prescribed the treatment which is only required, no extra tests or medicines. My baby is totally fine now.

She replied every time by giving right suggestions when you message her directly. This shows, how much she care about her patient. She is a great human being apart from to be a best doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr Shipra Mam, if you are looking for a child specialist/Paediatrician.

Experience is not good as i see first time that doctor is charging hefty amount for vaccination.. Though it was just a vaccination visit and they are adding checkup charge too.. More over that doctor is charging checkup charge more amount than that what it is specified on practo.. I will say Bad experience..

One of the finest doctors I've met till date. She was very courteous and explained why I had to wait a little longer. About the treatment, she was absolutely patient to hear out my issue and recommend medicines accordingly, she even went to explain the problem and why those meds were being recommended. She was promptly available for a follow up and called up herself to explain the test results. Definitely recommend her!

Dr Rumika listens to the issues of the patient with full attention without being in a hurry, she explains the problem well *** ** ************** I told her of problems during my periods along with diabetes, chest pain and PCOD, she very rightly recommended the tests and the USG very well detected a fibroid in my Uterus for which she had asked me to get the ultrasound. Hi.. I consulted Dr Shipra Mathur for my 11 years old daughter for the first time and I must say she is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Soft spoken! Friendly! ************** She made my child comfortable first, patiently listened to our problem, nicely examined the child, explained the cause of the problem deeply and gave her a proper treatment. She works with you to address the health concerns rather just telling you what to do and I feel that's what any patient would expect from his/her doctor. Hats off to her patience!
