Dr. Prerna Kohli's Clinic, DLF Phase III

Dr Kohli is extremely intelligent, experienced and practical person. Her amazing insight into human behavior and mindset allow her to quickly understand the challenge. Her explanations and communication is quite clear and he advice is pragmatic. The time I have spent with her has been useful and constructive.

I was up and down all the time. It confused people around me, and I didn’t know how to explain it.

With Dr. Kohli, I learned to notice what triggered my mood changes.

I feel more in control now. The swings aren’t as sharp, and I can catch myself before things go too far.

I was dealing with constant worry, overthinking, and tightness in my chest almost every day. It was exhausting, and I didn’t know how to stop it.

Dr. Prerna Kohli helped me understand what was really going on. She didn’t rush the process. Her sessions felt calm and safe.

Over time, I’ve learned how to manage my anxiety better. I still have tough days, but I no longer feel stuck in it. I’m sleeping better and feel more in control now.

The first person I wanted to meet after the lockdown.. was my therapist, Dr. Prerna Kohli. It is extremely easy to open upto her. She understands,suggests and guides like a mentor. Visiting her has helped me get a positive outlook towards things, and an inherent hope that it's all going to be ok. Looking forward to have more sessions with her.

She is balanced in her approach to find the root of the problem. Empathetic and warm. I was able to open up very quickly and got what I was looking for .. myself.

Dr. Kohli is experienced and it showed in the very first session. she was almost completing my sentence, meaning she got the problem in the very first meeting. I am happy to be consulting her and intend to continue the same.
