I am a pretty anxious person and due to that I feel extremes of emotions which leads me to not being able to take sane decisions ergo my misery but after meeting Mrs. juhi parashar i was able to recognise the patterns which lead me to these extreme emotions and through her help I was able to avoid them by many activities and experiments and now eventhough i don't feel the best but I'm much much better than whatever I used to be, I have started to make decisions for myself, letting people go has become easy and also now I'm not harsh on myself as i used to be i would certainly suggest each one of you reading this to please go and visit mrs. juhi parashar if you are having problems which you feel are drowning you, she actually treats you like a person not just another client she has to deal with.

Hi Dr Juhi is a professional whos also like a guide or friend , she does not judge you . I have anxiety issues and shes neen a guide to help in treating the root cause. Well i still have the issues but thats becoz i have not taken sessions fm some time
You can ask anything and she will have a solution to everytime , no judgements , she will guide you and replies on msgs also. Shes like a sister , friend and a good doctor. U can open ur heart and she will explain u everything. I do recommend her.
