City Hospital is a 100-bed private multi-speciality hospital on Mahatma Gandhi Road, Padma Junction, Kochi, Ernakulam 682001, opposite Padma Theatre. It was founded in 1971 by a team of doctors and was the first in the area to run a 24-hour casualty service. In 2011 the hospital came under the leadership of Mr. Basheeruddin, Managing Director of Furnace Fabrica.Clinical services cover general surgery, orthopaedics and joint replacement surgery, cardiothoracic care, obstetrics and gynaecology including laparoscopic surgery, paediatrics and paediatric pulmonology, general medicine, pulmonology, urology, neurosurgery, embryology, and cardiovascular and pulmonary physiotherapy. Doctor did not listen to the symptoms *** **** ** ****** ********. He only referred to visit a hospital in case pain continues , did not prescribe a pain killer injection saying that you need to get it at the hospital only. We kept on saying that patient is in too much pain and he can’t move and requested to prescribe injection so that we can get a nurse at home to administer the same but he refused. What is the point of online consultation if doctor is not prescribing medication

doctor is impatient in listening symptoms & would hurry to suggest tests & priscription, even after test are done, he would not be ready to provide medication & would refer to other डॉक्टर, I would not recommend dcotor for practo consultation

Dr. Sanam Basheer is a very competent obstetrician in Kochi. Her approach, diagnosis and timely action to resolve complex pregnancy issues are indeed commendable! I am very thankful to her and the entire team at City Hospital for providing such professional and friendly care during my pregnancy, while I had acquired gestational diabetes and some other complications. Dr. Sanam motivated me all through my pregnancy and guided me well to make right decisions. I had a normal vaginal delivery and she was very efficient at her work. Her post natal care was equally qualitative.
