I had been suffering from obsession to wash my hands repeatedly which had so much if negative effect in my family life as well as in the job. I tried many doctors before visting Dr Mona.. She is an excellent doctor who patiently listens fo the problems and then advises management. I was able to overcome my obsession with very few medications and mainly followed the modifications which were advised by Dr. Mona. Excellent session with Dr Mona for my anxiety.I had suffering from anxiety with recurrent breakdowns which was affecting my work and social life.Dr Mona listened to my problem patiently and guided me through.Apart from medication she also taught me various calming techniques including breathing techniques.
