First, I met the doctir. She wrote such expensive cremes which were not readily available in the market. Then, finally I negotiated and booked a. Appointment for treatment. On the day of treatment, the staff was rude and so impolite. I told her that my face and neck both were included for wart removal and staff doctor refused so badly and asked for more. When I told her to confirm with Dr. Dadu, she said the doctor does not have time. Leave extra care for patient, atleast be considerate towards what you have agreed and serve to pateints.

Dr. Nivedita saw the condition properly and understood the medical history and then prescribed me medications. I was having least hopes but medicines worked perfectly fine for me and I started seeing improvements in the first three days itself. I highly recommend this doctor. the staff and team is really patient and understands the patients concern. Very satisfied with the treatment

Horrible experience and I have been a victim of the wrong ratings of this doctor ** **** ******* ****** ***** ** **** **** ******* ********* *** ***** *** ****** ** *** ***** ****** **** *** ****** **** **** ******** ******** I visited Dr Nivedita a month back and to my surprise, the place looked just full of advertisement *** *********** ********* Anyhow I waited for an hour even after being at the clinic well before my appointment after which Dr Kusum Gupta was asked to check me. I made her listen all my problems and explained her the condition with live examples. She listed few costly medicines and then when I asked what about my meeting with Dr Nivedita then she went inside to talk to her came outside and took me in. Dr Nivedita just spared a minute with me and said work with Dr kusum and take all meds and visit after a month. I did not like it because these guys take 1000 bugs, keep you waiting for hours and then the assistant doctor gives you medicines in 3-4 minutes of talk and doctor repeats it and asks you to revisit. Well, I did not trust my gut and followed exactly what I was asked. I bought all medicines worth 6000 bugs *** ******* ****** ** ** * ******* ******* **** ******** *** *** ******** ***** ** *** ***** When after my visit, I gave these guys a unsatisfactory patient feedback no one ever reached out to check on matter or how they could improve but I got multiple calls after a month to revisit again ******* **** **** **** *** ******* **** **** *** ***** ********** ********* I spoke the caller and asked her to make me speak with this dr kusum gupta or nivedita and she promised for another day’s call back but it did not happen. I felt the doctor did not listen patiently or address my concerns properly, especially considering the fee charged. The doctor was not friendly and did not even check my scalp with a microscope to understand the cause of my hair fall.

Dr. Nivedita Dadu's communication skills were commendable. The clinic environment was calm and patient-friendly, and the staff behavior was marvelous. I am satisfied with the care I received for my keloid treatment.
