I’m megha , a 40 year old woman who wanted guidance on skin care for my age and also get treated for my dull looking skin which had some pigmentation and acne marks .

The clinic is very aesthetic looking which gave a very good feel factor as I entered it . The staff was courtesies and I was attended to by Dr Ruchi within 5 mins of the appointment time that I was given .

She explained me everything in full details and I felt so relaxed to have finally understood how to take care of my skin at this age as per my skin type .

Also , I was recommended Q switch laser to take care of my dull pigmented skin . I took an appointment for the following week and the staff did a commendable job . During the treatment , I was connstantly asked about my comfort level and if I was having any issues with the ongoing treatemnt .

The whole process took only as much time as I was told it will making it easier for me to plan my next visit .

2 days later I got a follow up call from the clinic asking me if I was facing any post treatment issue ( which I didn’t )

I had a very very good experience and would recommended this skin clinic to all those looking for getting their skin issues sorted . 5 stars to the doctor , staff and clinic !

dr.shaiil gupta is really a nice being first of all,he explains all the issues in a good manner. coming to my case i was impressed by his work in starting so i had my hair thickening prp which costed me 21,000₹ which was way much expensive than other clinics but i paid cause i was confident about th upcoming results. now it’s been 4 months but no results are seen so far.

it’s becoming difficult for me to still have faith on him after spending alot of money on his clinic’s created medcine kits *** ***** ** ******* **** ******* *** *********the bad part about my case is that i was accessed by the technicians not by him.
