My name is Atul, I am from New Delhi. I am 28 years old and I have been suffering from anxiety and panic issues since 2014. Previously I didn’t recognise the disorder but during the time it was getting difficult for me to engage in daily task which I used to do. During the lockdown period the anxiety hit me differently. I have gone through many doctors took medication but no effect was there. I lost all hopes and decided to not take any treatment from anyone and accepted the situation.

3 months ago I found Dr Kushal Ji over the Practo and visited him after reading the reviews by the people he treated.

I am still on the medication and I am doing well I can see the changes in me and in my behaviour, I understand that this problem is happening with me from past 10 years but the changes within 3 months are magical to me I am getting a good hopes and vibes back into me.

The treatment is still going on and I trust my doctor for better life.

I was introduced to Dr. Kushal Jain after I had undergone consultations with many Psychiatrists and Therapists.

I was at a stage wherein I had no hope of recovery and was consuming strips and strips of substances and would remain intoxicated almost all the time, mainly sleeping the entire time because of the effect of my substance.

Dr. Kushal Jain heard me out in detail about what I was experiencing and gave me plenty of time to gather my thoughts and express them as deeply as I could before he could come to a diagnosis and prescribe me a treatment.

Dr. Kushal Jain has transformed me from a person who had No Interest in Life and who would pop about 100 pills a day to keep himself intoxicated to a person who is now on just 1 pill which is also only to prevent seizures is just unbelievable.

I went to see Dr Kushal at a time when it was very hard for me to cope with the demands of work. I got diagnosed with ADHD and suddenly my entire life made sense. He not only helped me understand and make sense of my symptoms and how they affected my life, but also helped me realise the value that having ADHD could offer in a fast paced environment. Unlike many other doctors who made me feel like it's a disability, he helped me realise my strengths which helped me find a career and adopt a lifestyle that suits me and where I can be the best version of myself. Adult ADHD often goes amiss by clinicians as it is usually masked by anxiety and interpersonal difficulties. With the right medication and therapy I have been able to navigate my life experiences much better to be able to live a fulfilled life and I'll be forever grateful to Dr Kushal for this.

I have been seeking treatment from Dr. Jain for 6 months now, and am very happy with the progress so far. My sessions are a mix of in-clinic and virtual modes, but the quality of treatment has never wavered. He's friendly and makes you feel at ease to discuss your mental health challenges. I got a psychological assessment done at the clinic as well, and was very comfortable with the process throughout. Dr. Kushal jain is incredible.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. A phase comes in everyone's life when we feel depressed and want to give up. Since pandemic time i was suffering through poor and reduced thinking power , behavioural disorder, anxiety issues was not able to focus on career.The doctor is highly qualified and listens to your complaints very carefully and do not give quick judgements. I was recommended Dr. Jain by a colleague, and I am so thankful! The first thing that comes to my mind about him is that he is very kind. In my initial days of treatment, I troubled him a lot, but he recognised that it wasn't really me but my OCD. I am thankful to him for speaking to me gracefully and respectfully during those days.

It’s rare to find a human being, never mind a doctor .. who cares! Dr. Kushal in over my 10 years of association has proved him self not only as knowledgeable, and as expert in mental health disorders but as an exceptional and integral human being. I have referred so many friends and family member over the years and some have had incredible transformations. I feel the difference is that Dr. Kushal actually deeply cares and listens. His interest is in the well being of his patients over and above money! He has always made feel so comfortable and competent, inspire of my various issues. And I’m not an easy person to please or win over in any area. I have observed him.. and time and again he has come through.. and I am in a much much better place today than I was before, thanks to his support and guidance. He gives his patients a lot of respect and attention, and ample time - and treats them very well. Other doctors always seem to be is a rush, and always force down their directive and medications. He was quick to identify the root cause, and streamlined the treatment within a short span. I have seen great improvement, I wish i had consulted him much earlier. Also, unlike most institutions, Dr. Jain tracks the medicine/ treatment journey and ensures long lasting cost-effective solutions.
