Doctor shouted on me. Yes you you heard it right, he shouted on me. I asked the receptionist to honour the appointment time, he said that there are other patients and you are in queue. My appointment was scheduled at 10:15 a.m. after waiting for 25 minutes, I ask receptionist to make it fast as I am getting late for office and can not wait any longer. Finally Dr called me in and started shouting, that I have other appointments as well and your are not the only one. First and foremost thing is that you should confirm the appointments only when you know that you will be able to see all the patients in the time agreed. Secondly you do not have any right what so ever to shout on any of the patients. Such behaviour from a doctor should not be tolerated and must be dealt with utmost priority.

My experience was awesome. He listened patiently and then did diagnosis. His way of treatment is really good.

Throat and voice problem has always followed after episodes of cold. Well, in mu case the episodes of cold are much frequent and thus my voice problem is rather a constant one. i have visited many doctors thinking that it must be some kind of allergy. However Pristyn Care told me that this was rather LPR and had nothing to do with my cold problem. I underwent my treatment and Pristyn Care was a constant part of it. Fortunately my voice problem is under control now and I sincerely want to thank Pristyn Care because of it.
