Life can be tough but doesn’t always have to be that way. Specially when you come across someone like Dr. Monica Sharma. My life was in a mess Or so I thought when I decided to contact Dr. Sharma for personal counselling. What I thought were big life challenges for me to handle, we’re just mere obstacles to Dr. Sharma which she thoroughly helped me overcome. The phase I was stuck in was a really dark one. I was having negative thoughts about myself and everyone around me. I’d lost perspective over life . I’d always been a hopeful person and someone who was full of life , but then things happened and I was left as a person with no hope who just thought very low of herself. Personal counselling sessions with Dr. Sharma was a life changing experience for me. The way she was extremely patient while listening to me was commendable. I lived far from her clinic and often used to get stuck in the traffic, but she always managed to give time to me. Through simple yet very thoughtful tasks she helped me cope up with all the unresolved issues I had kept within. My family was sceptical to send me to a doctor for mental health since that is the kind of stigma Indian society has towards mental health, but Dr. Monica's personal counselling sessions not only helped my mental health but also changed the perspective of my family towards such issues. Dr. Sharma didn’t treat me as someone who just came for treatment but her behaviour was that of a friend, which made me feel free to share my problems with her. She kept my confessions discrete from my family and also gave me tips to deal with life struggles. Today I am again that self confident girl who is full of life and love. I had thought I lost myself but through Dr. Monica's personal counselling sessions I regained my old self. This newfound confidence of mine, I really owe it to Dr. Sharma. A big thanks to her and I really one hundred percent recommend it to all those going through a tough time. May God bless you Mam, you truly are a gem!!

1) Ms. Monica always start her session with her smile which makes other person comfortable.

2) She always listen to you properly and you can discuss each and everything with her comfortably.

3) She gives you the best possible way to get out of your emotional problems.

4) Sometimes I got late for the session but she never got angry and still welcomed me with her beautiful smile.

There was a bad phase in my life when I felt that there was nothing left in my life. That time life was worthless for me and I was thinking about ending my life, then someone told me to meet a good psychologist. After this, I searched online, then get to know about Dr. Monica. Then when I met him, I felt that there was very little I had read about him. During the treatment, I met Dr. Monica several times and each time it felt like I was talking to my best friend, not a doctor. I used to tell them very easily the things that I could never say to anyone. Her friendly behavior gradually reduced my mental stress and once again I started looking to life from a positive perspective. Now, I am completely happy with my life and enjoying life with full energy and all credit goes to Dr. Monica.
