I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding ** ********** ****** ******** ****** my daughter's earwax removal appointment at your Dr. Aashima Chopra ENT Care Clinic Greater Kailash 1 New Delhi.
Upon meeting Dr. Aashima Chopra, we explicitly informed her that we had already applied ear drops twice and were only seeking earwax cleaning. Dr. Chopra then quoted a charge of Rs. 600 for the earwax cleaning procedure. The cleaning was performed efficiently within approximately 5 minutes.
However, when I proceeded to the reception for payment, I was informed by the receptionist that the total charge was Rs. 1600. This discrepancy ** Rs. 1000 ** ****** ********** **** ** ** ******** ** ****** ********. Our sole intention for visiting was for earwax cleaning, for which a clear price was quoted upfront by the doctor herself.
