Doesn’t book the slot and I have to wait for more than 45 mins. People don’t pay that much just to wait outside clinic.Atleast should have the courtesy to book slot or be on time. Receptionists told me that our No is just after 1 patient but it took more than 40 mins. People kept coming and going without giving importance to other’s time
