I planned my journey from other state and took an appointment of 2.02.2026 after paying 10000 rs in advance. The staff gave me a time of 1pm and i reached on time and they shifted my time from 1pm to 4 pm and was waiting 3hours ** **** ********** ******** *** **** **** ****** ***** *****.When my number came the doctor vijayant govinda gupta hardly listen my condition and not even checked my part and said for zsr circumcision . Hardly he gave me 30 seconds and not even listening my problems. The staff outside room told me total cost is rs. 35000 for zsr 2.0 circumcision including stappler cost.Next day they call me at 7 am in the morning to Apollo spectra and around 1pm they operated me. They *** **** ******* *** **** ** **** ********** ** *** **** ****** *** started surgery and ask to wait till the clearance from insurance. From insurance company they charged 32000 rs extra and 10000 rs from me and in total they received 42000 rs and then there staff came to me in room with lots of medicines and asked to pay rs. 3650 ****** I paid 3650 ***** *** ***** ********* ******* ******* ********* ** *** ********* ******* ** *** ********* *** ********* **** ********** *** ** ** **** **** ***** *** **** ********* *** *** **** ********* ** ***** ** ***** ********* *** ******** *** ********** ********* * ******* **** ****** **** ******** ** *** ***** *** *** *** *** *** *** ********* **** ******** *** **** *** **** ** **** ***** *** ********** The staff came up with medicines *** **** **** and asked me to pay 3650 as he has no time to even listen.I called there staff shruti mam to refund extra amount as they charged 42000 instead of 35000 in total but Shruti mam over there denied to refund rs. 7000. In starting a staff Neha mam over there told that we are charging 10000 for blood test , ecg test and doctor consultation and after surgery gave me a invoice of 10000 rs of stappler. ******* *** ******** Doctor even not visited after operation to your room and even say anythin at the time of opeartion not even ask the problems *** ** *** *** ***** ******** **** *** **** ********** ****** *** **** ******** ***** *** ******* *** *** *** ******** ******* ** ***** **** ** *** **** *** ***** ** ****** ** ****** ** ****** *** ** ****** ***** ***** *** ******** *** * ****** ** **** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** *** * ****** **** ***** ********** * *** ** **** *** *** *** *** ******** ** *** ***** ** *****Now about surgery i must be clear that it is very painful and pain even persist after a week and now its my 7th day **** ********* *** ******** ** ********* ****** *** *** **** ******* *** ********* *** ******* *** ******* *** ******* *** ** *** **** *** *** ********* ******** *** **** ******* *** ****** **** ** ****** ******** ********* ** ******* ***** ********** Taking 3 pain killers in a day and i really not recommend this doctor for stappler circumcision. ****** ** ***** ** ****** ***** ********** *** ** ** **** **** ******* *** *** **** **** ** *** ***** ******** I need to be operated again if problme persist from my family doctors. *** *** ************ ********* ** **** ****** ** *** ******** ********* *** ** *** ***** *** ******* ** ******** *** ********** **** ***** * ***** ** * **** ******* ** ***** ******** *** ***** ** *** **** ******* ********

Dr Guptaji and his Team have been very good and helpful in providing the premium quality service about ZSR Biomedical Technology Anastomat Circumcision along with Phimosis and Frenulosplasty.To the Viewers and Patients I would recommend them to visit Dr Gupta as his medical expertise is phenomenal.ZSR 1.0 & ZSR 2.0 devices have been certified by FDA USA , it's made up of Metallic Ceramic Coating with a Frenulum Notch to keep the Frenulum safe during proceedures.My Personal View and Guidance is that do not Bargain and Ask for discounts because if we want premium medical service from a Humble Gentlemen Dr Guptaji we should understand that Premium things have a certain Service Fees.Like Eg- Going to Rolex Watch Boutique and Asking them to offer services and expertise for a fraction of cost would be insulting to the brand and legacy build. Same goes for Medical Expertise when Visiting Dr Gupta ji we must understand he has done the largest volume of Circumcision and his areas of expertise in India along with Authorised Rigicon Penile Prosthesis Implant Surgeon.Thank you for your support Dr Gupta ji and educating the Audience with proper accurate and complete explanation about Urology.

Wait time is too high at clinic even after taking appointment in advance 2 month ago. Doctor should give more time to patients at the time of OPD to discuss and understand the patients concern and satisfy them fully.

Also follow up is very bad, no one is assisting on call even someone in emergency, they simply told, they will call back but you will never receive call back from them.

I have seen many patients whose under gone surgery from doctor and they have to struggle for further follow up, there must be someone from doctor skilled team who should take care these patients on priority.

Patients are coming to clinic from very long distance, reception and other staff should understand this thing, staff is not properly skilled and they should guide everyone in correct manner. These are the things I observed at clinic, hope these things will resolve ASAP. At last Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I must suggest everyone to visit at least once and discuss your problem with doctor, hopefully you will get the exact and effective remedies.

The doctor did not listen me. He just listed PME from me and strted to write multiple tests which were costed around 12000 rupees.
