Today, the chances of ending up with rude, hasty and unempathetic Doctors in Delhi has risen (personal experiences)which could be the result of compassion fatigue by the amount of patients they deal with daily, also when there is a high likelihood of getting fleeced by a Dr, I was surprised by the way Dr. Saumya Ma'am listened to me patiently with empathy, no interruptions and only then prescribed the medicines(no unnecessary additions) and she was kind enough to make corrections to my prescription even though I conveyed my other symptoms much later as I recalled. She went out of the way and entertained my request to read my reports even though I had shown up 10 min late beyond her visiting hours in the morning slot and saved me another 3 hrs of wait. Also, the medicines prescribed by her started to show results the next day( which I doubted given the mental and physical pain I was going through at that time). I am happy that I decided to trust Dr Saumya(her clinic is a bit far from where I live) even though there is no dearth of doctors within the area where I live but at the end of the it all boils down to whom you can trust. Dr. Saumya is so kind and humble.. I am 18yrs old and I have sinusitis, the first time I went to her she explained me everything with so much love, before I use to get irritated by doctors and don't visit doctors for xyz reason .. But now I feel good that what ever it is I have dr. Saumya to talk freely and tell everything about my health issues, I was under her medication and I feel better than past days, now or later any health issue I face I have doctor dr. Saumya. I have to tell not only me my elder sister is asthmatic even she is so happy with Dr. Saumya.. Dr. Saumya Rathi is very polite and professional doctor than others as ever seen in my life till now. She respects all patients who are suffered with any diseases. Few months ago, My mother, was suffering with respiratory infection, not able to properly eat and take breath. After medical treatment, Now She feels healthy as normal lady. All thing are better. Now treatment is being taken by my sister who had suffered with mucus cough. she is fine now but little bit issues of cough are. If Someone asked me to suggest a doctor. I always will recommend Dr. Saumya Rathi to anyone for medical treatment.

This is my story.

I visited Dr Rathi due to fever fearing that I would be suffering from Covid. However after considering my symptoms she told me she suspected typhoid. I got tested at Dr . Lal Pathlab and true to her suspicion, I had typhoid positive. This reflects the expertise and experience of the doctor. I have been under her treatment for the past 2 weeks and have recovered tremendously. She patiently explains the problem, the treatment, diet and medication she will prescribe along with the reasoning behind that particular course of treatment/diet/medication. No unnecessary tests or medications were prescribed, nor did she force me to go to a particular pathology or pharmacy.
