Regarding the treatment, he did listen to my concerns and provided feedback. Maybe an in person consultatuin would be better experience.

Thanks for the feedback After a detailed history and a talk of almost 10-15 mins and explaining a thing thrice we both agreed on completing the consultation. You were advised a basic infection test and some medicines. The report of the infection came out to be negative in 2 lines “ no growth / sterile “. Which only denotes - no infection. ( so which complex report you are talking about is doubtful ) You were also told about the contamination of the sample could be a possibility after repeated discussion. Also, why you got pus cells is doubtful as all history was inconclusive and also the infection report was normal - no infection. What else you expect a doctor to tell you until you give a proper history and accordingly the clinician will be able to think and decide. You share the report - and asked comments 1 the answer will be NO infection as shown in the report. Why you got pus cells - I told could be contamination or other things as discussed. So sir, sorry for inconvenience caused to you but we treat the patient to our utmost care so that he / she gets better asap. Regards
