Derma Circles: Doctors from AIIMS, South Extension 2

I am writing to provide feedback on the acne and scar treatment that I received from your clinic. As someone who has struggled with acne and scarring for a long time, I was hopeful that the treatments that you suggested would help me achieve the clear, smooth skin that I've been longing for. However, I am disappointed ** ****** **** *** ********** **** **** ************ ** ********* ** ********** despite almost a year of treatment and an investment of approximately Rs. 40,000.

During my initial consultation, you assured me that the suggested treatments - first the CO2 laser treatment and then the MNRF treatment - would be effective in treating my acne and scarring. ************** ***** *** ** *********** ** ** ****** ********** ***** *** ***** *** *********. Despite that, I trusted your recommendation and underwent the MNRF treatment as suggested, but unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement after that either.

As a patient, I had high hopes for the treatments and was left disappointed and frustrated by the lack of progress, especially considering the amount of money I've invested in the treatment. I expected more support and guidance from your team throughout the process, but I felt that I was not given adequate attention and care.

I had an Online appointment with the doctor at 12:15 pm in the afternoon for the laser treatment marks what they had treated (hair removal laser patch test) before and lately I got very bad dark marks over there, but he did not respond and when I tried to reach them again then staff replied me with an impudent manner that he is busy with the other patient.After that they rescheduled at 3:45 pm and then they again replied me the same that the doctor said that he is busy with the other patients and will connect later when he will get time. And just keep giving me excuses like that.

I have undergone a hair transplant surgery in the month of Aug 2019. This was my second hairt transplant. The first one being a nightmare at Sareen Hair Clinic. Let me give you an honest review. Firstly Dr Prateek and Dr Prakash are highly professional and competent doctors in the profession. Meeting them is just like meeting your friends. They give you a lot of time with very Frank opinions without creating any false illusions.

Secondly the team here is far from the word excellent. Salman,Rabbani and Sister are highly energetic and professional technicians.

Last but not the least Mr Ravi the manager is one of the most loving,cheerful and versatile guys I have ever met. He is one man Army. You name a thing to him and rest be assured it is done within no time.

To sum it all,I am highly satisfied with the results I have got.Derma Circles is the destination for anyone looking for Hair Transplant Surgery.

I found him very friendly, as he listened to all of my issues very patiently. I must say he is doing excellent work. He recommended me some medicines initially and also suggested PRP as I am having severe hair loss. I have started the medicines which were again not too costly and were available at their own pharmacy. I found him quite impressive the way he handles patients. As this was my first visit, I will continue the treatment and will share the results in future, which I hope will be positive as he assured. Overall, I would like to recommend him for anyone looking for dermatologist in Delhi.

Dr Prateek is probably the nicest doctor, even the nicest person I have ever met. He listened to me extremely patiently, without jumping to unnecessary conclusions or being judgemental. Infact, when I got worried (being an extremely anxious person) he explained the problem extremely nicely with really simple examples, and tried his best to help me keep calm.

I have gone to Dr Prateek earlier as well and each time, not only has his medicine helped me but his gentle and caring behaviour ensured that I did not worry too much about the health problem.

Dr. Prateek Sondhi was great. Took the time to understand my concern, give me background info on issue and treatment options for my primary concern and later for a smaller concern I had. Settled on a treatment plan together and reassured me that if I had further concerns or issues during home treatment that he would be on call to help. Very impressed with him, his staff, and the overall cleanliness and set up of his office and treatment facility…not to mention up to date modern booking and record keeping, bravo and many thanks!

Whatever medication I was given did not work for me including the moisturiser. My skin swole 2-3 hours after application, even though the application was scarce and only around the cheeks in the affected areas. It has been two days since and I am still dealing with the swelling and excessive redness and dryness that followed it. I am very disappointed with it all. The consultation and the medicine prescribed, all costed me around 5k and none of it is suiting me. ** *** *** ******* Spent so much money and my skin which was calm prior to the visit has gotten so inflamed now. Extremely disappointed.

Superb experience. I especially loved how Dr. Sondhi really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease . Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

Spent 41000 for dermal filler but highly disappointed. The effects were promising when it was done. After 2 days, had bruises under the eyes which lasted for a week. However highly highly disappointed with fillers. The eyebags were back after just 10 days. All that improvements which were visible during treatment are lost. Also since already left India, would never consider or believe again in this filler treatment. RS. 41000 wasted!

I am in early stage of treatment. I will give feedback on the result once treatment completes though I am quite positive for the result. Dr. prateek is always ready to help if you need some suggestion regarding your treatment at any time.
