I consulted doctor Balveer ji at his cleanic in February 2019 . I came to know about him was through a poster add on kashmeeri gate about an year back. Here I am sharing the practical experience I faced in those years and till june 2022. I used to masturbate so much since adolescent age and was exposed to porn severely. I tried to quit the both but couldn't. The internet pathetic knowledge made up my mind felt like I am suffering from premature ejaculation and small size of penis. Dr. Sir gave 4-5 hour consultation on call and one hour each approximately and gave 15 days therapy sessions. We followed his advise and overcome the two measure issues of ejaculation and weak erections(even no erection and anxiety)

All i can summarize is, I was suffering from performance anxiety , low self esteem , lack of scientific knowledge and less coordination with my partner. Today I am again that self confident girl who is full of energy and life. I visited Dr. Balbir Singh sir for my sexual anxiety issues followed by my family issues ( with my parents to be specific ), general stress and feeling of low confidence and early onset of body appearance issues coz of all these issues mentioned above. I have been facing these issues for more than 5 yrs. I have consulted various doctors including urologists physicians and other specialists. in a ll these interactions with the specialist I was told that you r absolutely normal and they prescribed me couple of medicines for managing stress and pain and other issues but nobody explained me the cause for my stress pain etc. to be more precise none of the specialists gave me their valuable time to make me understand the process behind those problems . Dr Balbir Singh Sir is a great mentor , an excellent psychologist , an exceptional guide and a magnificent human being 🙂. Life is full of ups and downs with downs having more Slope as compared to the ups . Therefore , due to a mix of circumstances , I had become a person who was very much reserved , less talkative , with irritable personality and weak relations with family members .From being a meritorious student who had always aimed to become a doctor , I had become a rebellious boy who refused to study further at any cost . I met Balbir Sir 3 Months before for my mental health issues. I was suffering from depression and sexual problems.

I had some deep-rooted beliefs which affected me all the time and disturbed my daily life. My confidence and self-esteem were low and I felt I should stop my life. I am 26 years old and i have been suffering from compulsive masturbation and had major family issues.

In November 2023, I started talking to Dr. Balbir Singh about my problems. I've been dealing with tough stuff for a long time. When I was in school, some kids bullied me, and I also had health problems during my teenage years. At 14, I got sick with something called Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It made me miss a lot of school, and later, I had to get surgery to remove my gall bladder. All these problems happened when I was trying really hard to do well in exams.

Sadly, I couldn't get into a good college, and it made my health and career problems even worse. It felt like a never-ending cycle. In 2016, doctors said I had depression and anxiety, and they gave me pills to help. The pills worked for a bit, but when I stopped taking them, all the problems came back. The pills also gave me some bad side effects including ulcerations and bleeding from my Gut.

Then, I met Dr. Balbir Singh. He listened to me and said something important - I didn't need those pills. He thought a few talking sessions could have helped me instead. After about two months of talking with him, I feel better. My mood has improved, and I see things in a more positive way. Dr. Balbir Singh explained why I was feeling this way and how I can move past my tough past.

These talks with Dr. Balbir Singh have been like a light in the dark, helping me understand myself better and making me feel hopeful about the future. The journey isn't over, but each chat with him makes the heavy stuff from my past a bit lighter. I'm starting to believe in a future that's brighter and more positive.

I had initially approached Dr Balbir Singh for psychological reasons. I had been through consecutive bad experiences with women in the past three-four years and had made certain bad decisions in light of them. He had a very calm and friendly approach. His models for how to solve problems and the stories he told helped me become more hopeful for the future and see that there are ways in which my current condition can be improved, and that things are not as hard as they seem. I received the final push I needed to start working out and I lost 7-8kg in the following months.

In one of the sessions, I ended up mentioning that my foreskin was tight. He immediately stopped and gave me an examination. He explained the whole condition to me and the problems it could cause. He also told me exercises on how to improve the tightness of my foreskin and avoid any surgery.

I practiced those exercises for a while but eventually stopped due to fear and avoidance and lack of progress. I had moved to a different city since our sessions but Dr Balbir Singh called me up when I did not respond to his messages and comforted me and helped me continue. If he had not reached out to me, I might have avoided it again for who knows how long. He asked me to send him daily updates and his persistence helped me overcome my anxiety and continue doing the exercises.

With the exercises, I saw gradual improvement and now my foreskin retracts completely in flaccid position and semi-erect and also partially in erect. I am continuing the stretches and hoping to have it be completely fixed soon.
