My partner and I also wrestled with this decision for several years, pondering whether it was the right time to plan for our family.

As time went on, our interactions with her didn't feel like the typical patient-doctor relationship. She made us feel comfortable and reassured us to exercise patience and maintain unwavering faith, especially when some of the test results weren't in our favor.

After two missed abortions and then trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant for three years, we were told that due to less ovarian reserve (low AMH), I will need to get donor eggs to get pregnant through IVF. It was a huge setback for us as we were not mentally prepared for it. Luckily we got in touch with Meenu Vashisht Ahuja mam at Birla fertility and IVF centre, Rohini, and from the very first meeting we got a ray of hope amidst darkest of times. She counselled us and let us know in details the chances of successful pregnancy with my own eggs along with all that can go wrong. Our journey with Meenu Mam began the last year after doing enough research on finding the good doctors across entire Delhi and we were lucky enough to find Meenu Mam in West Delhi. We cannot thank her and her team enough as there were many difficulties for us in this entire journey but with Dr Meenu it was relatively easy for us to survive it all. She has a charm and with all the care and attention that she gives to every patient it's rare to find such a great and experienced doctor like her. In our first meet with her we were able to get an assurance that she is definitely the right fit for us and we were really impressed that she was answering all our queries patiently unlike other doctors who literally keep a check on their clock and will only give you consultation for 15 minutes. During our initial visits we were able to get some positivity after visiting their clinic and that made us quite hopeful in this journey and it has been successful for us.Please be assured there is no better place than BFI especially with Dr Meenu if you need a genuine explanation of any problems you are facing in fertility/pregnancy.
