I found the entire approach and interaction with Dr Bansal and his team highly professional, at each and every stage of my interaction. Right from seamless management of appointments (fixed to suit my convenience), reminders for follow-up consultation meetings, making of payments, prompt response to queries (I love the simple interactive chat for initially fixing an appointment), ease and accessibility of Better Me team for queries/ clarifications and their noteworthy speed of response, sometimes even late in the evening beyond their working hours. I've been going to the doctor for nearly 4 years now. What I can almost promise you is that he wants you to get treated and healed in the true sense, and not get addicted to the medication.

He was candid to tell me on the first instance itself that if a medicine does not work... to tell him. This is counter to what many psychiatrists say that the medicine is to be taken as they say. Automatically makes you more comfortable and trust him.

The second thing he told me was it's all about the rapo between him and me, which is so true. Your doctor maybe very high rated, but it's really about each other's wavelength as well.

What is true is that he genuinely cares, even if it is 9:30 PM at night, he's there to help if needed.

He is rational and gives you the power to help rationalize, which works perfectly well for me.

Please follow the medication as the doctor prescribes. It's no joke and skipping or randomly popping pills is not healthy or advisable.

Be rest assured he has good interests for you and not for his pocket.

Doc treats depression as a real problem and listens and understands each and every thought process . Meds were given to break the stereotype of addiction and gradually reduced the doses keeping in mind the recovery rate. Treatment is mostly therapeutic and working on the attitude and way of life.
