Visited Dr. Mansi Arora (Physiotherapist) For Back Pain

I do not recommend the doctor

Hoped for better: Doctor friendliness

She denied to see me just because I was late by 5 mins

I travelled especially from Gurgaon to visit her and also confirmed with her before leaving.

This is not a professional behaviour ** *** ******* **** * *** *** ****** ** ***** **** *******

The behaviour is really not acceptable.

Dear jyoti, my clinic timings are till 8.30pm and u did not even reach by 8.10pm. My treatment takes 45 min to complete, so u are intelligent enough to understand how can that be completed. My staff specially asked you to reach at 8.00pm sharp so that u can be free by 8.45pm. But u could not reach on time. And dear jyoti, even doctors have there family which had to be taken care after work timings. Hope you understand this area of doctors as well. And its not good to blame on professionalism when you yourself did not reached on time. But I understand all traffic issues.. and it was better to cal u next day rather than treating you in short span. Anyways, good wishes and fastest recovery to you. Stay blessed dear

**** ****** *** ************** Have visited many doctors for it but all just not with the money they charge and specially the doctors are not trained at all. ** ***** ** *** **** ****** *** ** *** *** **** **** ** she herself attends to the patients all the time and does the treatment. Would give her 10/10 for her treatment and her behaviour as well.
