I visited this clinic with pain in my molars and i told them i had pain in both sides while chewing. I was surprised at the diagnosis by the doctor ma’am as she told me that both the pains due to different cause. One side was just because of the cold and cough which needed no treatment and they did not misguide to have those teeth treated. Of course other side pain was due to dental issues and needed Root Canal treatment. Even for that they started treatment only for one tooth to start with instead of going for RCT for both teeth. They explained me the whole issue and gave recommendations for teeth hygiene. I had my first RCT done today morning and the treatment was done with utmost precision and painless as possible. My wife had some dental issues few weeks back and had a very good experience with the clinic and she recommended me to visit them for my issues. Generally most of the hospitals and clinics will ask you to go for expensive tests and offer expensive treatment for cause unknown or misguide. I am very happy to find such good doctors to address our dental problems after searching for 2 years since we relocated to Chennai. If you are looking for genuine doctors who will never misguide and ask you to go for expensive treatments then this is the place to consult and get yourself treated.

Did wisdom tooth extraction, impaction surgery and dental fillings. I had a wonderful experience with both Dr Subramoniam and Dr Suganya and I was more than happy with the results. They were both extremely professional in their work and warm and friendly in their attitude. Explained patiently what they were doing as and when they were working on my teeth. Very welcoming to concerns and doubts I had. They have all the latest necessary equipment to deliver the best dental treatment. I had a great time visiting the place to fix my issues and I'll be back for regular checks. Not to mention affordable too unlike other places. The nurses present too are very caring and helpful towards the patients. Definitely recommend.

I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Subramaniom and Dr. Sukanya, for giving wonderful treatment viz. Implants where necessary and advised me to go for prestine attachment (cost effective) where, they were not able to take support of other teeth, and whereall the bridging is necessary. In brief, I would strongly suggest if any of you have dental problem to consult Dr. Subramaniom once, then you will be able to understand how much knowledge they have, courtesy they show upon, the cost effective treatment they suggest to suit our budget etc...

I strongly recommend this Dr for all your dental issues. He is simple infact both the couple are so friendly, affable , personal consultation will be given. The clinic itself is clean and simple. There is no cosmetic approach nor their clinic. No corporate atmosphere. But you will get personal satisfied treatment for all your dental problems. The main thing here is that it all comes in reasonable, affordable amount.

I took my 75 years old father for his problems due to againg. Also my son who is 13 years old got a perfect alingment of his teeth, got confident about his smile , which will be his gift I can give for his entire life.

I personally satisfied and happy as both of them are friendly with my father and my son and of course with me, which make me feel like all of friends and kind I will recommend them strongly for Dental.

Dr.Subramoniam is very competent and the best dentist I have seen so far.He neither alarm his patients nor give rosy picture to his patients but provide facts and most practicable solution to the problems. I visited Lakshmi Dental Clinic Porur (Near Saravana Stores), Doctor Subramanian MDS, he is well experienced and talented. He explains the problem to us clearly. He did Root Canal Treatment for me and I was very much satisfied on his professionalism and other procedures.

Friendly, caring and explanation were intact and detailed.Went for RCT and explained the rct process slowly and suggested options .offered what is good and the practicalities as well.

Overall excellent experience with Doctor Subramoniam during RCT, taking care, professional and service is also excellent.

One suggestion : After RCT completion, ideal expectation from Doctor is to explain about my tooth status while removing impurities and basic talk is missing, I can visit and check again but I feel if he gives at least 5mins end speech of update about my RCT feedback and consideration etc, would be very appreciable.

I had visited Dr. Subramoniam for Periodontitis (severe Gum infection) before a year. Doctor clearly explained and suggested me the best treatment. Initially i had fears about periodontal flap surgery but Dr. took utmost care and made me very comfortable during the procedure. I experienced no pain and had immediate recovery. I am very satisfied with the treatment and could maintain good oral hygiene now. I am really thankful to Dr. Subramoniam and Lakshmi dental care team.
