It's been 7 years of our marriage and we tried so many hospitals starting from our 2nd year and we ended up with lot of disappointment. At one situation we completely lost hope and stopped visiting to clinics. It was really hard to describe those stages.

One of our colleague referred us Jananam. That was the good thing happened to us and we wish to do the same to people like us.

will definitely suits to Dr Vani Mam. We are not exaggerating, but must mention the 1st incident with Dr.Vani Mam.

We were waiting in the reception and Vani mam was entering inside the hospital, She looked and wished us 'Good Morning' and went inside her room. We were completed strangers to her and its not necessary for her to wish us, but still she did that. People with this positivity and attitude are really hard to find.She carries a smile on her face all the time and it completely suits her.

They way she treated us are marvelous, she is very kind and very polite. She kept us in a comfortable place and we never felt the stress throughout the treatment period. We been treated for 6 months.

She didn't suggested us to IVF directly. She never asked to take multiple/unnecessary tests. She diagnosed what exactly required to us. She has the power - 'Midas touch'

FINALLY the day came where we felt all our prayers answered. We couldn't even control the tears. Everything is because of Dr. Vani Mam. Because of her magic - our new year became very special. Our hearty thanks to Dr. Vani and to the entire crew for best treatment and support throughout our journey of treatment at Jananam.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, Our hearty thanks to my dears Sisters. I would say YOU ARE THE PILLAR OF STRENGTH to Jananam. All of them are so kind and sweet to us (Sangeetha, Rubina, Aishwarya, Vanitha, Dhivya, Ashwini, Toshiba and all other sisters. They always carry smile on their face(just like Dr.Vani Mam) and they gave us the comfortable zone whenever we visit there. Not only they sisters in medical term, they also personally treated me as their sister and gave hope and positive vibe throughout the treatment journey. With their support, guidance and their prayers to us we had a nice journey and positive result.

We would like to thank the Receptionists (Kalai and Saravanan), billing counter staffs, admin staffs, pharmacist, lab technicians, OT assistants staffs, securities and housekeeping staffs. All are very kind supportive to us. Special mention to Kalai again for sharing us the medical reports and certificates whenever we asked for it.

Each one of them are did their part really well and made us very much comfortable throughout the period. All are very dedicated to their job and they did their best to us and we are very happy and satisfied with their service. They never promote themselves and they only believe that satisfaction from the patients is means a lot to them.

We shared our best experience with Jananam here. We would like to recommend Dr.Vani Mam to continue her magic forever. Mam, if possible please do expand your network and bring happiness to many people like us.

We would like to share our happy journey with Jananam.

We have been married for 6 years and trying to conceive for more than 4 years and visited many hospitals before coming to Jananam. Most of them are money ***** and places were too crowded. Then came across Jananam and read all wonderful reviews about it. We were sceptical on how can there be such good reviews but when we went there we realized it was true. I can say that we have chosen the best hospital in Chennai. We loved the atmosphere it was clean, peaceful and the way everyone behaves was really touching. It was crowded but was very nicely organized. They do not run any advertisements, no hoardings nothing, all the crowd there is purely by word of mouth.

Then we met Dr Vani madam. How can there be such a patient, kind doctor? For her money is always secondary and providing proper care is primary. We underwent all tests and she suggested IUI. I have undergone 4 IUI's but it didn't work out. She then preferred IVF but when my husband suggested we try 2 more IUI's and she gladly accepted. Remember we have been advised on going for IVF even without IUI in many hospitals and here she is ready to do 5-6 IUI. Then on our 5 IUI, I got conceived. Surprising part is when I missed the date and went to meet her she told she has high hopes this time because I had 2 good follicles last time. Who remembers such minute details of patients? I went to meet her after 40 days and she recalls this. That is the kind of care she has on her patients. She even refers to the nurses by name and treats them very well. I think that is what resonates with the overall environment.

Only God can create a new living being. Dr Vani is an Angel sent by God to help people like me. We cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us.

We would like to place on record our deepest appreciation for Dr. Vani and her efficient team at Jananam. Dr. Vani is always ready to meet patients with a smile, calm dignity and patiently answers questions. We found Dr Vani to be straightforward about the course of treatment we should take without mincing words or making false promises, that we really appreciate. Right from our first visit, we found that Dr. Vani and her team were up to date on our case, and prepared with the information required for the discussion beforehand. Our confidence in their professionalism and commitment only grew with every visit we made.

The clinic is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Neelankarai. The hospital staff seemed to be well trained in keeping up appointment timings. The patient visit and scan scheduling is usually impeccable with waiting time at the clinic being less than 30 minutes on most days and this is a rarity in Chennai. The clinic is neatly maintained, brightly lit and has comfortable seating. Most nurses know our names, remember our case details and have helped us every step of this journey. The andrology, phlebotomy and the pharmacy facilities have helpful, courteous staff. We have felt comfortable and cared for during the last 8 months that we have spent at the clinic. It needs to be mentioned that we were not prescribed unnecessary tests. No additional services were thrust on us. There was a marked difference between our experience here and our previous experience at what is touted as one of the best hospitals in the city for fertility.

Our first trimester care and diagnostics have been excellent as well. Dr. Vani was both modern and practical - constantly dispelling myths that are propagated to pregnant women. Thank you Dr. Vani, Dr. Prema and Dr. Mangalam for putting us at ease throughout. Thanks to the all the staff members for their everyday support and concern. My husband and I will always look back and feel grateful to have been under your care. We would recommend Jananam to anyone who is looking for a caring, skilled and ethical fertility specialist they can trust and admire.

We had a wonderful and top-notch experience with Jananam. We travelled from USA to specifically get treated here (referred by a good friend of us). Dr Vani is an excellent doctor and an amazing person. She was able to achieve what several doctors we visited in the USA couldn’t - Yes, we are 10 weeks pregnant now!!. Dr. Vani is down to earth with patients and staff alike. Her great leadership reflects in the way her staff take care of the patients and how the facility is maintained from examination rooms, labs, pharmacy, and even rest rooms. Even during challenging COVID-19 times, their service is exemplary. Everyone is so kind and considerate. We got two successes (both are first attempts). Rekha madam deserves a special mentioning here (Thank you Mam!)- she was super responsive to our queries even during off hours and weekends. She promptly connected us to the doctor and nurses whenever needed. All in all - this place is God-sent and Dr. Vani is miraculous :-) I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Thank you very much Dr Vani and rest of the crew at Jananam, from the depths of our hearts!!
