I booked for my sister. when she consulted, the doctor was not there. Instead, some other doctor(jr) only saw her. What’s the point of booking an appointment with him? Now she is having the same complaints within few days of visit. If the particular doctor cannot consult, why to keep his profile active for booking appointment?
