exremely casual approach. The appointment was booked for 9:15 and at 9:13 i get a message from him that i will have to wait for 20 mins. I send him all the issues in the meantime along with the details of the medicines I was prescribed by the practitioner i consulted a day before. He cam online just told his diagnosis and said he will send a prescription and disconnected!

I wanted to tell him the fever situation (which i forgot to send as texts before he came on call) but wasn't even able to call back.

I then texted that as well to him. The medicines he gave did not work and i had to suffer through the extreme throat pain throughout the night. The next day I again booked another appointment with an ENT ******** ****** ******* *** *** *** ** ********* *** ****** ** *** ***** ** ****** ** **** ****** **** **** ******* ***** ******* **** **** ************ *** *** **** *** ******* ** ** *** * ****** **** *** ***** ** ** ****

He seemed like he was in hurry to leave and did not explain the issues I asked about, according to my reports. He was giving one-word / one-line answers to all the questions asked

Do not recommend going to him if you want to get better understanding of your issues.

First of all the Doctor did not turn on his camera. In a video consultation it is mandatory and basic curtesy of the Doctor to show up and there cannot be a blank screen and just the audio. I don't even know if it was the same Doctor whom I was consulting. For the consulting charges of 650/- it certainly is not of value.

No response to follow up questions, no video calling or willingness to talk to the patient while also being in rush.

It was satisfying medication for.my mother recovered in 2days she was suffering from fever & chest infection

The doctor was very good at explaining the problem i have and he was patiently listening all the problems and answered all doubts i have *** **** * **** **********

Feeling much better after taking the prescribed medication. Doctor ** **** ************* *** explained well.

Consulted the doctor via call, as the patient was hesitant to visit any doc. Doctor gave good advices amd explained in detail about the problems of the health. Doc responded in a very polite way, thank tou so much Dr. Shivram.
