For past few years I was struggling with weight gain and I really wanted to shed the few extra pounds. Even though I was doing some form of work out I was never able to lose weight. She believes in home cooked food and the traditional diet followed by our families for generations. She calculates and modifies the diet within the normal traditional home food options.
