My wife is under treatment for respiratory issues and gastric problem also started few months back so started avoiding many of the usual food items. She started feeling weak over the time and I felt she is getting low on confidence and very negative towards her life. That's when I decided to consult a dietician so whatever little she eats should be healthy. Honestly decided to go ahead with Ms. Sushmaa because she was the most experienced in the list but now I thank destiny that I chose her.

Always thought a good BMI score means healthy person but shocked to learn even after good BMI how important is the fat and muscle ratio.

Though waiting for the formal diet plan to arrive, my wife has already started as per the discussions and I can't thank enough for the reinvented confidence I see in her eyes. Will definitely give a feedback again on results achieved after 3 months decided for her diet and lifestyle treatment.

Also wanted to put forward my point of view on couple of negative comments written like she tried to market certain products in lieu of treatment. When we go to big hospitals, doctors prescribe certain medicines which we buy from hospital farmacy only unless it's not available there but don't think that they are marketing certain products. Just like that she shares the product details she used and trusted over the years and where we can get that but not even once insisted that we should buy from that place only. If you know a better source you are free to procure from there.

I had consulted her for my mum's diet plan. She is undergoing dialysis.

Sushmaa jee is very friendly and down to earth. She started by taking a bit of history of my mother, her current diet plan and understood our needs.

She gave us ample time I would say in explaning things about nutrition and what we need to be careful about. It was an interactive session and she answered all questions or doubts we had. ** **** *** *** *** ***** ********* *** ** * sincere person.

She provided us a diet plan and quite comprehensive. Also answered my queries on diet plan.

I felt I am speaking to a person whom I know for many years. That is something remarkable about her.

She did educate me on general aspects on nutrition rainbow diet. And also cautioned on adulteration with respect to food and dairy products. She also gave a list of her identified vendors who provide right quality. It is upto you if you want to contact them.

My mother liked her a lot. I will recommend her very strongly.

She is open to questions, explains in depth and very friendly.

My only feedback is that if she sends a checklist prior to the consultation and take history of the patient, current diet, medical reports and medicines, it would help.

She discusses them during the consulation for sure.

Went to Sushmaji for diet consultation for my 18 months old kid. My kid underwent pull through surgery 6 months back, after getting diagnosed for Hirschsprung's disease. Ever since we have been struggling with her weight gain and passing of motion.

This session was unlike I have ever been to. It was literally held at her home. And she spent 3hrs with us.

During these 3hrs, she first listened to us, and then not only guided us for baby diet, but also to change the family diet itself. I dont think she left anything, covering oil to pulses to fruits and vegetables, etc.

I have started following her diet plan, and can already see better motion by kid.
