Audiologist Mr. Mohammed Raees did a thorough audiometry test. He's very ************** caring, dedicated and extremely patient. He spent 2 hours, explaining the finer technical details of the test, and answered all my questions and cleared my doubts on various issues regarding hearing aids. He also gave a thorough demo of Phonak hearing aid. He patiently took time and explained things very well. He ensured that i was comfortable. They processed everything on time. I got my hearing aid on time. Waiting time was very less.
