I am very happy and honoured to share our feedback on the service offered during our visit to hospital for my mother's cataract surgery. She got her both eyes surgery done in the months of December 2023. Dr. Sriram Ramalingam and Dr. Pradnya Sriram took personal care of my mother, which made her comfortable and went with confidence to operation theatre with out any fear. Not only Doctors but each and everyone in clinic were very friendly and caring. Entire office staffs - Roja, Nayana, Sheeba, Kokila, Dr. Nazia, Julie, Akshaya, house keeping and attenders are all to be thanked for their care. My dad and uncle were also treated here with cataract surgery 10 years ago and they are doing good and I wanted my mom also to be treated here only for her cataract surgery. We are impressed with the service provided right from consultation, insurance approval, pre post operation explanation, pre post operation care and follow ups. I highly recommend this clinic and Drs.for any issues related to eyes and pray God for their long life, as they are helping people to see this world for long. I have been visiting the Dr since 11 yrs for my son.He was treated for amblyopia and astigmatism.
Two years back my husband got operated for cataract.
Now my mother and father in law also got operated for cataract. Both are senior citizens and good gentle care was given to them. Both of them are very much satisfied and happy about the care taken by the Doctor and his whole team.In fact they felt like their own people.

I have been visiting the clinic of Dr Sriram Ramalingam for regular eye checkups of my family members for years and have always been satisfied with the consultation.
Recently I consulted the doctor for my 81 year old father's cataract surgery. Was thoroughly impressed with the service offering ,right from consultation , insurance approval, pre operative procedure briefings, the surgery, post operative care and follow-up consultation. The waiting time was almost zero as every aspect was so well organized. A special mention to his team of staff for their courteousness. Would highly recommend this doctor.
