So I started my journey of researching about hair transplant surgery getting done in Bangalore 1 year ago. During the initial stage I wasn't sure or was not in a stage where I could decide which clinic to opt for the hair transplant. After lot of research and various clinic consultations,

I came across Neo Follicle Hair Transplant Clinic. Trust me the vibe, the positivity that you will get here is immense. I met Dr. Sandeep Mahapatra who did explain me about every fact of hair transplant and made sure am satisfied enough to make a decision further. After having all shorts of discussion finally we decided to go for the hair transplant on 9th of march 2020. The whole process was so smooth that I didn't even feel the pain throughout the surgery. Post surgery was even more challenging for me because I didn't knew what to be done and what not but Dr. Sandeep made sure that each and every information is available to me just a call or message away. Its been 9 month now to my hair transplant, trust me now I have a different positive feeling about myself and more confident enough. I just feel this was the best decision of my life. Moreover its not that Dr. Sandeep will give you false promises with respect to hair transplant. He is very genuine enough with his advise. A big thank you to Dr. Sandeep and his team for all the efforts they had put to make my hair journey successful. Note: For some reason Prato is taking my mother's name as patient because the India number is hers. However the feedback shared is by her son Abhay who had the FUE procedure at Dr Mahapatra's clinic.

I live in Europe but did a bit of research before homing in on getting my FUE done in India(not getting into the nitty gritty of why but there was a reason).

I enquired with 4 centres and eventually decided to go with Neo Follicle clinic. Reason was simple, I found the replies that I got from Chandra, clear, straightforward and correct.

At no point I felt that things are being sold to me. The cost for 4000 grafts was also reasonable quite frankly. I also spoke with Dr. Sandeep and got answers to all the queries. In fact, because there is a long travel involved, I was suggested to stay in Bangalore for 5 days so that if in case some assistance is required, it can be given.

In fact I did visit the clinic a few times post FUE and was always assisted in no time. So all in all, I found the team genuine and helpful. From management perspective, the entire process was looked after by Chandra very efficiently.

On the D - day, the procedure started on time and all the staff was very courteous and positive. For cleanliness freaks like me, the clinic and the OT were spick and span.

Before the FUE, I was given a PRP session at no cost. The entire process was long but carried by Pooja and Manju with finesse. Both were very good at their work and I can speak volumes of praises about them. Dr. Sandeep himself performed transplantation for some time and then supervised for rest of the procedure from time to time.

During the procedure Dr Sandeep suggested to have another FUE of 1.5K grafts next day and I fully agreed with it. It was at a negligible cost to be honest(as good as free). Thank you again Dr Sandeep.

So I had another session and this time it was Navneet who was absolutely brilliant at his work.. Very efficient and skilled I must say. Manju was there too.

Its been 1 month since then and I’m following every thing post procedure by the book. Hoping for positive results. Fingers crossed.

I visited Neo Follicle Clinic after seeing the results of a friend’s treatment, and I wanted to improve my hairline and hair density. Like many people, I was initially nervous about getting a hair transplant. I had been thinking about it for nearly two years before finally deciding to go ahead.

When I visited the clinic, I first received counseling from Miss Chandra, and then I met Dr. Sandeep Mahapatra. He explained the entire process in detail in a very friendly and practical way, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident about taking the next step.

The overall experience was much easier than I expected:

1. I completed the blood tests first, which were done for compliance and my own safety.

2. I scheduled the procedure for a weekday, which was a good choice because the clinic was less crowded and most weekdays are reserved for procedures.

3. The staff was very supportive and skilled throughout the process. The procedure took around 5 to 6 hours, so patience is important.

4. After the procedure, I received a clear consultation about the do’s and don’ts.

5. I stayed home for about 15 days, Although I started working from home for 2 days of my procedure. After that, I could go out normally without covering my head. It looked like I had simply shaved my head. Only pain was , sleeping in straight position was little uncomfortable for 2 days.

6. After one month, I slowly resumed my workouts. I avoided swimming for a while.

7. I am now in my 6th month after the transplant, and I have regained my natural look. No one can tell that I had anything done.

My message to others is: don’t be afraid to take the step. I spent two years overthinking it, and I truly feel I should have done it much earlier. The procedure is completely normal, and so far I have had no side effects or health issues at all.

I am sharing this to encourage others who may be hesitating because of fear or mental barriers. If you are considering it, take the time to understand the process and move forward with confidence. It can make a real difference in how you feel about yourself.
