When I first met Dr. Sheetal, I was feeling all kinds of mixed-up emotions, and it was making life pretty tough. But she made me feel comfy right away. It was kinda like talking to a friend who really cares.
She listened to all the stuff I had to say, even the stuff I didn't wanna talk about. And she didn't make me feel weird or judged. She just wanted to help me feel better.
She showed me ways to calm down. And when I worry about stuff, she gave me tools to keep my brain from going all Haywire.
I used to think going to see a psychologist was scary, but with Dr. Sheetal, it was like going to a friend's house. It's not scary at all!
I am glad that my first Psychologist was Dr. Sheetal. I am going to continue the session here.

She is a good listener but felt like it was difficult for her to remember discussions in the pervious sessions. At times it felt like she was way too defensive about her ways of treatment. Maybe we were not a good fit, wishing her the best.
