The doctor was very good to grab my every concern. She understands you and your issues and answers every query. Just with 2 sessions i feel much better about handling situations in my life. She even gave me notes on how to handle things myself when i encounter them and don't have to run to her every now and then. Helped me feel calm about my issues, i didn't have any anxiety sharing my thoughts with her.. she was very non judgemental and clear. Highly recommend. If you are going through mental stress pls take time and take therapy don't put it for another day.. it will truly make a difference.

What keeps me coming back to Dr Sen is her practical approach to tackling my concerns. She doesn’t preach to be positive but rather makes the person come to the conclusion by himself/herself after a very practical application of her teachings and experience. She has in-depth knowledge of her field. Don’t doubt that. It took me a year of dragging my feet to see a therapist given the stigma in our society but I am glad that when I finally did take that step, Dr Sen is the one I came to. Thank you!

I visited mam as I was going through stress, anxiety . But after talking to her all of my problems were solved .I am quite well now .She helped me to go through the tough times and now I am absolutely fine .There is no stress ,no anxiety at all .I really liked her treatment .How easily she talked to me and helped me to get rid of those unnecessary thoughts which were disturbing me a lot . finally I like to say that she is very friendly .

I met Dr. Amrita at a very low point in my life, when I was suffering from severe anxiety and OCD. She was one of the most amazing and supportive doctors I have ever met. Such a patient listener and good teacher. She not treats her patients, but educates them so that they can manage their issues in their own. Every time I speak to the doctor, I not only have a significant reduction in my symptoms but can also manage them well on my own. My mother who is 76 years old has been a patient of psychosis since last 15 years. Recently on advice of her psychiatrist we started her counseling with Ms Amrita Sen. She was having extreme anxiety issues and was not really able to communicate her feelings properly. In just over a month's time there has been a huge improvement in her anxiety and other conditions. I am indeed thankful to Amrita Ma’am. My counselling is still in progress. Initially I was literally suffering from OCD . In my life , i never felt so stressed out , and anxious about each and everything. The unfortunate part being that initially , i didnt know i had OCD, but in the end i am now glad that i have met this doctor. everythings pretty fine up till now , and i am learning new things about how the mind works and perceives things due to which anxiousness arises. I have consulted Dr Amrita for Stress issue which I was suffering from a very long time which was impacting my health very badly. This has increased the level of Anxiety and Anger. And due to these issues another issue occurred that is digestive disorder which was a complete messed up and negative thoughts which felt me that these thoughts are real. So, thought of contacting psychologist and found her. She is very friendly and listened all my thoughts very patiently.
