Don’t we all face one common challenge (difficulty in keeping healthy work life balance), irrespective of our profession! But recently I reached a stage where I seriously needed professional help before causing unrepairable damage to my family relationships and was looking for a matured/practical/understanding and solution driven professional help. I must say that I was deeply satisfied and feel lucky to have consulted Dr Preeti who absolutely changed my perspective and helped me discover / self design the custom program which helped me retain my family time and yet continue the same focus on profession!
I’m not sure how severe is your condition, but I would highly recommend you to talk to Dr Preeti even before you reach a stage where you feel broken.
