Very professional and thorough. Wait time was about 15 minutes from stated appointment which is very good. Also provides support via WhatsApp as long as you WhatsApp her your prescription. Easy to reach on her phone. Detailed explanation on the medicines including color coding what should be taken where. My experience was very good. She is also close to my place and that is another plus.

If your come by car, please find parking close by and walk up to her place. Plenty of places available in a 5 min walk radius.

Into her cabin and she asked specific questions pointing to symptoms related to APOC ( allergy related to linings of organs ) and asked for medical history . I was like - what has this got to do with my ear problem . Soon she checked my tongue and told me that I do have APOC and traces of acidity . In 2 minutes she cleaned my ear and I was able to hear the world like never before .

She was able to pin point that the issue was not wax accumulation but fungus and dead skin . She explained the symptoms and treatment properly. Would highly recommend her for ENT problems .

All of my family goes to Dr. Mary Thomas.... she is really good with her treatments... her clinic is clean and there is no wait time . We were satisfied with the cleanliness and the care she took in keeping her clinic so clean during Covid times. We have a hundred percent faith in all the treatments she offers ... she listens to her patients with lot of patience.... takes a lot of time to hear you out and her treatments are very successful... My personal experience with doctor was not at all satisfactory. She started with a good note and explained me possible reasons for the issue *** *** *** *** ********* ******** ** *** ** *** ******** she gave total 7 medicines for my ***** sinus issue ***** ***** ** ***** ** ***** ***** ** *********** She prescribed me nasal spray * ********* anti bacterial medicine, anti fungal medicine, antibiotic , acidity medicine, pain killer two types.. I was utterly scared seeing the prescription. I even asked her why so many medicine so she said I am a EnT and not General Practitioner you have allergy issue so this treatment will take 3months initially 15days we will do first. when I counter questioned her on medication she was rude in saying that I cannot see inside you what level of infection it is so I have to give multiple medicine. * ****** ** * ***** *** **** ***** ****** ******* ** ** ***** **** ** ****** ***** **** **** **** *** ********** * *** ************* *** ***** ****** **** **** ** * ***** ***** *** *********** *** * **** ** **** *** *** ** ****** ****** **************My personal experience is No for the doctor rest depends on your personal choice.

Dr Thomas is extremely meticulous in her care for the patient. She takes a wholistic view of your particular condition and treats you keeping in mind your past medical history as well as your present health issues. In my case, though I went with an ear infection, she easily diagnosed my snoring issues and prescribed meds to help with breathing easier at night. She explained the prescription in detail and made sure I understood what meds I needed and why I needed them.

Very experienced and friendly doctor. Spent first 15 minutes understanding the past history, going to other health issues that might seem unrelated to the patient. Utilising her vast experience, was able to diagnose the issue perfectly. Explained the issues in detail and was available on chat/call for followups.

Great experience and would recommend strongly for ear related issues. Extremely friendly and warm and more importantly ensures the patients comfort. Comes across as a thorough professional at the same time. She explains the issue only after gathering information and doesn’t rush through her diagnosis.

She interacts with patience. Interrogates about the concern after collecting all the relevant info ranging from personal observations to family history. I went for Ear blockage, I had the same problem two years ago so I got my ears cleared and thats it. However, Dr. Mary described the underlying issue which caused ear blockage. Thank you doctor.

Dr. Mary followed us up way ahead of our appointment time, spent extended time on the patient explaining the issue in detail. Even though we are in Canada and the consultation happened on video call, we never felt like there was any gap. She is a reliable ENT specialist.
