I, Sahana R , hold a Master of Counselling postgraduate degree from the Bangalore University , Bangalore. Were i have also completed fully accredited professional psychotherapy diploma course and I also have previously work experience's as Child psychologist , Family Counsellor, parental counselling and as a Student Counsellor at Rehabilitation center's, Old age home, and in Autistics center's etc... I presently work at NGO as Child Counselor at Bangalore, I am an Certified Counselling Psychologists and psychotherapist this enables me to give best services to my clients. I also have a background working as a behavior Therapist providing early intervention ABA therapy to children, clinically diagnosed with Autism, developmental delays and other neurological differences. As a Volunteer Counsellor at Dynamic Empowering I provided telephone, online, audio and video counselling services to children, Individuals, couples and families. I primarily take a online Consultation Approach with integrated elements of mindfulness-based strategies in Counselling. I have been trained in Psychotherapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy , Art and Play Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapeutic approach. I have recently been trained and certified by Udemy. I am a compassionate individual with a kind-hearted, patient, and pleasant personality looking forward to assisting and helping children, adolescents, adults, and parents to my maximum capacity.
