Doctor is very good. But tha appointment process is very poor. No one picks up the phone. Have to improve this system

i visited Dr Vageesh has my mother had thyroid issue. i got general body check up for my mother n reports said thyroid level is low. so i had take some test get done for thyroid after tat my consultant doctor said m not getting whats happening i feel reports are wrong so get same test done again. i was worried so instead of going to same Dr i thought to consult Endocrinologist. Dr Vageesh checked reports n my mom and got the problem n spoke very friendly. i really liked the way he treats patients. After visiting n following the medication my mom is completely alright.
